The growth and development of the rural population are key to overall growth and inclusive development of the country.<\/p>\n

Rural economy constitutes 46% of national income, and despite the rise of urbanisation, more than half of India\u2019s population is projected to be rural by 2050.* But the rural economy is left wanting on several fronts. If the divide is not addressed urgently, it may never get bridged. The change has to start at the hotbed, the roots. That is why Samta Foundation is passionate about bringing about change, where it matters the most.<\/p>\n

We plan programs from grassroots level upwards, working with Government systems.
